Airspan has been at the forefront of developing new wireless standards.
Furthermore, by creating in-house expertise in WiMAX, Wi-Fi and VoIP,
Airspan is able to exploit synergies and come up with innovative products
and solutions that closely integrate these technologies in the most beneficial
ways for our customers. The
802.11 Wi-Fi standards and more recently the 802.16 WiMAX standards have
firmly placed broadband wireless technology in centre stage. Wireless
broadband is no longer a niche technology used when the wired solutions
are not available but an attractive solution in its own right, which
can
deliver services and solutions the alternatives cannot.
