Regional Broadband Seminar Schedule

Gavin Lamb - QLD Business Development Manager
NetComm Limited
NetComm is a silver sponsor of the ATUG Broadband Roadshow. I travelled on the Queensland leg of the Roadshow to Nerang, Toowoomba, Hervey Bay, Roma and Longreach. I incorporated the ATUG evening Roadshow events into my call cycle of reseller visits in these regional areas.

NetComm's involvement has been very worthwhile with excellent opportunities based around our wireless technologies and some immediate business with sales of our NetComm hotspots. Some of these regional resellers are sales goldmines and our commitment to regional QLD has been cemented with these resellers going forward. Many of these resellers do not get to see representatives from the vendors they support, and the fact that we were involved, and made the effort to visit goes a very long way. The NetComm product range offers these resellers a chance to offer a complete solution from end to end and will capitalise on the opportunities in regional Qld.

I hope NetComm continue to be involved in future ATUG events as I found this trip to be extremely worthwhile, and the resellers I visited were very impressed with our expanded product range, and see good opportunity going forward.

Armand Hoitink, National Business Development Manager
Pacific Internet

Pacific Internet has been proud to sponsor the ATUG Broadband Roadshow since the pilot event in Dubbo, NSW in 2003. As a leading national broadband provider, the ATUG Broadband Roadshow provided Pacific Internet with a fantastic platform to expand our reach into regional Australia.

Through our partnership with ATUG we have been provided with ample opportunity to strengthen our commitment to providing regional Australia with access to broadband technology. The events in Victoria, NSW and QLD have provided many opportunities and we have been pleasantly surprised by the amount of business which is available in these regional centres.

Our involvement has been more than positive and I hope ATUG continue to run these much needed events throughout regional Australia.
