Should
you be unable to attend, a substitute is always welcome. However,
if you wish to cancel your registration, a full refund, minus a 25%
service fee, will be given provided you notify us in writing (post,
fax or email) within 14 days prior to the event.
No refund is available for cancellations under 14 days. Unfortunately, ATUG cannot
accept responsibility for changes in work or personal commitments within this
period.
Consent for Disclosure of Your Details
In registering for the Phoneware Breakfast, relevant details (name
and company) will be incorporated into a delgate list which will
be
distributed at the Breakfast for the benefit of all delegates.
This delegate list may also be made available to parties directly
related to the event, including venues and sponsors for security
and other purposes.
Please consent to the collection , use and disclosure of the information
(exculding credit card details) provided in this registration form
in accordance with and for the purpose outlined above.
