What is a Home Inspection?
Home inspection is the process of inspecting integral structures and components of a house to spot possible parts that are not performing properly, unsafe spaces, and areas that do not comply with the rules and regulations stated by the building code. If ever a problem is found, the home inspector will draft a written report describing the problem and will recommend possible solutions to fix it. The home inspector will then submit this report to his client leaving him the responsibility to talk with the seller of the house to determine who will fund the solution to the said problem.
