"My experience with InMax was great. I have nothing but praise because they designed for me the place that I now call home. The employees from InMax helped me with a lot of advice because some of my ideas were not that brilliant or practical. Thankfully, they had enough patience to explain to me what to change to make my house more "user friendly" while still personalized to fit my taste. " (more)
What is a Home Inspection?
Home inspection is the process of inspecting integral structures and components of a house to spot possible parts that are not performing properly, unsafe spaces, and areas that do not comply with the rules and regulations stated by the building code. If ever a problem is found, the home inspector will draft a written report describing the problem and will recommend possible solutions to fix it. The home inspector will then submit this report to his client leaving him the responsibility to talk with the seller of the house to determine who will fund the solution to the said problem.
Most house buyers hire the service of a home inspector since they become too positively biased on the new house that they are planning to purchase. They need someone who is least biased to check whether there are some problems on the house that need some repair or replacement. Moreover, hiring a home inspector is very much recommended since most house buyers nowadays got carried away with their excitement in buying their new house that they forgot to check each part of the house for possible structural problems.
The home inspection include the checking of the condition of the home's heating and cooling systems, plumbing systems, electrical lines, roof, attic, basement, floorings, walls, ceilings, doors and windows and all other crucial structural parts of the house. If you will be buying the house with some home appliances on it, the home inspector would also assess whether these home appliances are still working properly or not. The home inspector would also check the exterior parts of the house, such as the garage and the garden for possible problems. Sometimes, a home inspector also ensures if the house is free from termites, rats and other pests. The home inspector even conducts studies that would determine the quality of the water coming from the faucets house.
